Part 1

Ref .: Luke 23: 39-43

Then one of the criminals who were hanged blasphemed Him, saying, “If You are the Christ, save Yourself and us.” 

But the other, answering, rebuked him, saying, “Do you not even fear God, seeing you are under the same condemnation? And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds; but this Man has done nothing wrong.”

Then he said to Jesus, “Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.”

And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.”

One of the men beside JESUS ​​on the cross had a NEW VISION:

* About himself: He recognized that he was a sinner and deserved the cross (v.41):

"And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds"

 * About JESUS:

1) Holy (v.41) - "but this Man has done nothing wrong.”

2) Savior (v.42) - He asked to be saved:

"Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom."

3) King (v.42) - His Dominion: "Your kingdom".

4) LORD (v.42) - He wanted to belong and submit to His Kingdom, His Dominion: "Lord, ..."

5) Sovereign over death (v.42) - He believed in the Power of the LORD:

* to live again: "when You come into"

* and to rescue him from death: "remember me".

He believed and confessed. Therefore, he received Salvation (v.43)

And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.”

"that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 

For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
